Fendi Summer 2013 Fashion Show at Milan

MILAN – Color blocking, paint splattering, and geometric shapes. These motifs define the Fendi brand, which showcases themes of artists, mathematicians, and scientists every season. This Spring/Summer 2013 season at Milan Fashion Week, it was once again all about color but it was also about colors that pop whether an explosion on a dress or a bold makeup trend that appeared on the models that walked down the runway. Everything looked majestic but also meticulous, as the details were done by hand, down to the newish Fendi Baguettes the models carried in their hand. The idea of painting was seen in various proportions, including sculpture in some clothes, three-dimensional references in others, and of course, that obvious paint splattering motif we referred to earlier.
