Ennio Capasa for C’N’C Costume National Fall 2012 at Milan

MILAN – FashionTV takes you backstage as we speak with talented designer, Ennio Capasa of C’N’C Costume National. Capasa is presenting the brand’s Fall/Winter 2012-13 collection during Milan Fashion Week. “This time I worked with the idea of digital beauty, I tried to imagine one city, one metropolis, it’s very urban where there is this atmosphere of darkness but at the same time, there’s a lot of tight silhouettes, shining leather, high boots, black, grey and a lot of mixed fabrics”, says Capasa as he explains the inspiration behind the collection. Capasa’s dream of a virtual woman comes true through geometric shapes, metallic pants, leather biker boots, fur trims and high collars. Zippers were a detailed trend on the catwalk, some were vertical, while others were laid on skirts and tops in a slanted direction. “It’s a lot of work, beautiful work from morning to night,” Capasa emphasises.
